Death Cab For Cutie May Tour With an Orchestra!
"Magik*Magik's contributions to "Codes and Keys," which arrived May 31, were certainly not the only experimental touches that found their way onto Death Cab's seventh proper album. Synthesizers permeate the record, dancing alongside the usual six-stringed suspects and lead singer Ben Gibbard's precise vocals."
As Death Cab For Cutie prepares to launch the next leg of their North American tour, the band is considering a partnership with Magik*Magik, the string quartet that lent its talents to the band's latest album, the criticially acclaimed "Codes and Keys".
